We offer free shipping on all orders shipping within the US, however expedited shipping options are available to select in the checkout process if you need your order sooner (please note that only shipping method can be expedited, not production time). All orders begin processing and production within 1 business day of the order being placed. Most rings typically ship out within 2-3 business days, however rings with Inlays (such as Wood and Stone) are made to order and typically have a 5-10 business day production time prior to shipping. Please note that changes cannot be made to Made to Order Inlaid rings once production has already begun on the ring. Cancellations requested after production has already started on Made to Order Inlaid rings will result in a cancellation fee up to 25% of the order total depending on how far into production the order is. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot take place and a return will be required if the order is not intended to be kept.
We do not ship internationally, but we do ship to Canada!
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, however we'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customized items, including rings with text or fingerprint laser engraving, are not eligible for return. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of the order's arrival at customer's address. All orders returned for refund for any reason other than a manufacturing defect will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as our actual cost of shipping and handling deducted from the refund amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Size exchanges of non-customized (non-engraved) rings within 30 days of purchase are free of charge other than shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the ring back to Delaney Rings and pay $9.95 for return shipping. Rings that have been customized (engraved) are not eligible for free exchanges at any time. After 30 days size exchanges can be done anytime with applicable fees. On all exchanges, the customer is also responsible for shipping the ring to Delaney Rings and paying $9.95 for return shipping. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for actual cost of shipping any items to and from Delaney Rings, whether it's the original purchase, warranty processing, size exchanges, or any other matter.
All warranty, return, or size exchange requests require an RMA (Return Authorization) number before returning the item. Shipments received without an RMA will be refused or returned at customer's expense.
